ACT Testing
ACT Registration Tips
STEP ONE! Go to the SHS counselor and pick up an International Surcharge Waiver Form so that you can receive the same price you would pay in the states. You will save around $90 to $100.Â
Register - Go to http://www.act.org and change to ACT Non-U.S. and then click Register for the ACT.Â
Create your account using your CMR address. The High School Code is 576325. Continue - Once your account is created continue with your registration for ACT-Non U.S. Click the Outside the U.S. option.
Accommodations? If the answer is Yes, you will need to complete the request form and turn it into the Counseling Department to pass on to the school's Accommodation Coordinator to process.Â
Choose whether to take the Writing Portion. There is a bigger fee and the test will last a little more than an extra hour.Â
Test Center Code of 866390. DO NOT enter information for the country or city. Choose STUTTGART HIGH SCHOOL (BUEBLINGIN) and your test date. (Yes, BUEBLINGIN is spelled wrong.)Â
Add the test date to your cart and proceed to checkout. Be sure to enter the information on your International Surcharge Waiver Form during checkout as this CANNOT be added once you have paid.Â
On the morning of test bring your Military ID, an approved calculator, and the check in sheet provided at registration. Please arrive between 7:15 and 7:30 AM to ensure a smooth and timely start. There is often more than one room so a lot of time is needed to complete the check in process and your timely arrival does help. Anyone arriving after 8:00AM will not be admitted.Â
If you miss the regular registration date you can pay a late fee up until usually a week before. Please check the dates carefully as ACT International no longer has Standby Testing. In all cases, if you bring a ticket for another test date or for a different test center, you will not be admitted.
